Pug / Dachshund / Mixed (short coat) Dog

Bella, A Dachshund-Pug the Dog needs a home

Bella, A Pug-Dachshund

Bella is a sweet, small Pug and Dachshund mix girl of 2 years, who recently joined the rescue after being rescued by concerned citizens.

Bella is 11 lbs of loving cuddles and kisses. Bella loves people and dogs but also likes a little private time like a cat (pug personality). She is adventurous and likes to explore. Bella does well with most small dogs, especially playful males

Taking a ride in the car is a favorite pastime for Bella and she enjoys looking out the window at all the scenery. Bella also loves her daily walks and sitting on a lap anytime you make yourself available. she adores being talked to and will sit and listen like an old friend

She is a happy go lucky, fun loving, playful girl who will entertain you with her antics. When she has a playful buddy, she will run and run for hours in the yard or house playing and chasing her best friend.

Bella is on a human-grade dehydrated diet and is thriving on it. We will share her feeding and care with the adopter.

Adopting a Dog requires a lot of work and is a commitment!  Bella will be an awesome addition to a family that can give her the attention, exercise, training, and affection she deserves.

Adoption Fees

Adoption fee is 495.00 this covers transport from California, adoption and medical such as certain vaccines, worming and parasite, and flea/tick control, health certificate and wellness exam, spay/neuter, etc...

Healthy dogs:

As a rescue saving dogs from starvation, Neglect and Emaciation, RPR focus's on feeding each rescued animal the healthiest dog food made of Human Grade ingredients to help them recover from their stress and starvation. We share this with our adopters and encourage them to keep their new pet on the same foods for optimal health and a long life.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR DOG ADOPTION:

1) These dogs are not livestock dogs. They must be family pets that are allowed inside the home.

2) We give preference to applicants with prior small breed knowledge/ experiences.

3) Secure visible fencing required.

4) You must have a plan in place to socialize your dog properly.

5) Please do NOT write us and ask if this dog is available. If it is posted, it is available. BUT, we may be working other applications that came in before yours. If so, by the time you are approved, the dog may not be available.

8) The FASTEST way to be considered for a dog is to fill out an application. If you write, it will delay your application and put you to the back of the line. All the persons processing applications are volunteers that have their own dogs, families and job responsibilities. We do our best to get applications done quickly but applications for adult dogs come before puppy applications. There is always someone that will want to adopt a puppy.

Health:
  Bella has been spayed.
 S
he is microchipped, current on DHPP, Bordetella, and Rabies. He has been wormed and flea treated, tested negative for heartworm and Parvo

History:
Bella was going dumped in an overcrowded shelter in California. Rompin Paws Rescue was asked to help to rescue her to keep her out of the shelter and we are so glad we did. All dogs RPR pulls from California come with health certificates, as required by Washington State Law.

Adoption:
If you think you have room in your home and heart for Bella please go to our website:  http://rompinpawsrescue.rescuegroups.org/

There you will find more information and be able to fill out an adoption application.

We bring dogs from up from California. so there are transportation costs for each dog. Then the dogs need to be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, groomed, and sometimes boarded if we can't place them in a foster, or set up at the adoption facility in Arlington,  Also, we don't receive any grants so we rely solely on adoption fees and donations to fund all of our rescue efforts. Finally, we take on "Special Needs" dogs with high vet costs and pay for their procedures with 'leftover' funds from adoption fees for healthier dogs.
